Policies

General Booking Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full or deducted from package/membership balance.

Gift Certificates

  • Non-refundable.

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase.

  • Transferable with prior approval.

Packages

  • Paid in full at time of purchase.

  • Non-refundable, but unused sessions may be transferred to another person.

  • Sessions must be used within 6 months (3-pack) or 12 months (6-pack).

Memberships

  • Billed automatically each month on the sign-up date.

  • Cancel anytime — no refunds for the current billing cycle.

  • Includes 1 reading per month (cannot roll over).
